Having regular chapter moderator meetings is one of the most power tools a chapter Forum Officer and the Chapter's Spouse Forum Officer can use to enhance forum health chapter-wide. Moderators have a chance to share best practices, learn how to navigate some of the speedbumps that can occur in Forum life, and feel less alone in their roles.
It is also an essential contact point between your members in Forum and your chapter leadership.
I highly recommend holding regular moderator meeting whether or not you invite me or any other CFF to help you out.
Periodically bringing in a CFF like me to run or co-run a meeting makes the job easier for the Forum Officer, and we can bring different experiences to the meeting.
